"We have had both our downtown business building (renovated in 2003) and our new inner-city home landscaped by Brad Scott. To date, we have had incredible results on both projects.  On our store, Brad did the handicap-accessible deck, stairs, and beautiful stonework walkway, which after seven years has not lost or popped a single stone.  Brad is always on schedule and never exceeds his quoted prices, which we find reasonable given his experience and the quality of his work.  He is courteous, orderly, and is careful to work in a way that will not bother any neighbours.  We would never consider using anyone else for landscaping or exterior construction projects.”

"Brad and his crew at Cavro did some extensive landscaping for us in 2006.  They were all very courteous to have work here.  Brad was very good at communicating timelines with us, and scheduling the dates they would be at our place well in advance.  Since we also have a business on our property we needed to ensure there was no interruption for our clients.  Brad was very considerate of this.  The work that they did was impeccable and now 4 years later it still looks amazing.  We did several elevated planters and interlocking brick patios – and they had a lot of earth to move/bring in to level it so these could be installed…I was concerned that when the ground settled it would cause the stone to settle as well.  They did such a great job with preparing the site and packing everything down that we have had no settling!  I have referred Cavro to several other people, and anyone who has used them has been very happy as well.  We are currently in the process of moving to a new house and we will definitely have Brad and his crew out to do our landscaping at the new house as well."

My family recently relocated from Toronto and purchased a new home. We purchased a beautiful home in an estate area in Rocky Ridge which required extensive landscaping including removal of a large amount of dirt, a retaining wall, widening of our driveway with decorative concrete, a sidewalk to the back, a stamped colored concrete patio, upgrades to the deck, an automated sprinkler system, lighting, all on top of the normal sod, rock fill and shrubbery normally considered part of a landscaping project. Mr. Scott and his crew at Cavro did an awesome job and had the appropriate equipment to complete the task. I would call them first anytime I have any type of landscaping work to do and I remain very pleased with the quality of work.

This small gift is our way of acknowledging the leadership, experience, and guidance you provided to your team who collectively realized our vision and provided the outstanding end result we now have in our yard.

Part of the money we invested with you came from an inheritance I received when my father died. My father was an architect who trained in Liverpool (before WWII) and thereafter at MIT in cambridge, MA in 1946-48. I think he would have approved of how i spent it!
